The Chips Mirror Italy Group is the natural heir to ECSEL Italy that was founded in December 2015 by researchers from Italian industrial and academic institutions involved in the ECSEL programme and in the ETP's (European Technology Platforms) that support it.
Chips Mirror Group Italy has the purpose to:
To facilitate / coordinate the participation of Italian industrial and academic research organizations to the Chips Joint Undertaking ;
To promote the support by Italian Public Authorities,
To coordinate with similar initiatives in Europe.
Chips Mirror Group Italy has the administrative support of AEIT and it is funded via participation to European Projects
